I was looking for something a little different for my salad dressing, something other than my usual balsamic vinaigrette.
I thought I would try something with a little more kick from the Dijon mustard, so I just did a Dijon mustard dressing.
This would be delicious on a salad with grilled chicken.
I just poured everything in a jar, then shake.
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup white vinegar
Fresh thyme, remove leaves from 3 sprigs
Salt and pepper
Dash of sugar
